In one of the biggest deals that the SEO industry could have witnessed, Buildtelligence Web Solutions, a world leader in Internet Marketing and SEO Business, acquired SEOCompany.com. And it has relaunched the site very shortly after its acquisition. Not much has to be said about the importance of a good domain name for running online business.
With the domain name market seeing more of high price sell offs in recent times, the price of such a name and with its spectacular business record, could have run into millions. Buildtelligence Web Solutions has been in the industry since 2006 and it acquired PPCManagement.com, shortly after it grew in reputation. It has served several clients successfully through its Pay Per Click and Sponsored Post campaigns. Official sources, however, did not disclose the sum for which the site was purchased due to strong non-disclosure policies maintained by the company.
Being a top performer in business, it was also acknowledged to be a high-payer for employees, as the compnay was awarded the economic development grants for high wage job creation in Central Florida. What more could an organization do to boost such a dull economy? This recent acquisition is likely to give Buildtelligence a better edge over its competitors where it can focus more resources on client services.
